Isaiah 50: 4-5 “The Lord God has given Me The tongue of the learned,That I should know how to speak A word in season to him who is weary. He awakens Me morning by morning, He awakens My ear To hear as the learned. The Lord God has opened My ear;”

When the father is training his son, he should motivate his son and to bring him to a practice of being trained every day. This will bring the son to a point of increasing his confidence by father’s motivation and his skills by the frequency of training.

In Isaiah 50, God shows how He trains His servant. He wakes His servant every day in the morning and tune his/her ears to listen to His teaching. When we begin our fellowship with the Lord, we need to know more about Him and His sovereignty. This will bring in us the fear of God and that is the beginning of wisdom. When we wake up to His call every day morning and sit at His feet, He will shower us with His wisdom and teach us His grace. By this frequent training and His confidence of grace, we will slowly learn how to discern the voice of the Holy Spirit and knowing the grace as the cornerstone, we will learn how to live in holiness and have confidence over our shortcomings. Do not snooze of His call in the morning and yield to your flesh. Spend time with Him every day and grow in grace.
