Mat 6:6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
Mark 6:46 And when He had sent them away, He departed to the mountain to pray.
I Tim 2:8 I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting;
We can pray in many ways, whether in our closet or openly or while we travel or doing our normal work; there is no restriction in how we ought to fellowship with God. Our Lord said, ‘But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him’. When we are filled with the Holy Spirit, we can fellowship with God through prayer anywhere and everywhere. Without this infilling of this Spirit of Truth, we may not be able to be in God’s presence or in front of the Mercy Seat of the LORD. We are eligible to enter into the Mercy seat of the LORD through Christ’s flesh and blood. Through His sacrifice, the veil in front of the Altar of Incense and the Mercy seat was removed. Through the seal of the Holy Spirit, we can enter into the most holy place of God. We have such a wonderful privilege in the presence of God through our Lord Jesus Christ. So do not waste this privilege, boldly enter into His presence and have fellowship with God.
Prayer: Approach God like a child; leave His presence as a servant.
