Acts 7:17-36 ” …Then the Lord said to him, “Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground.  34 I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt; I have heard their groaning and have come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send you to Egypt.”’ 35 “This Moses whom they rejected, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’ is the one God sent to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the Angel who appeared to him in the bush.”

If we look at Moses’ life, he lived in the palace for 40 years and then he went into a life of wilderness. He thrived physically or worldly in the wilderness by doing some job for his father in law, getting married and had children. But the time that he escaped from the palace of Egypt to the burning bush, was a time of silence in his life. The scriptures did not give a whole lot of account on his life during this period. So why is this silence? Likewise, in your life, if you are wondering why I am not able to do anything for You Lord, I want to do something for You. I have so much going on with my natural side of this earthly life, but nothing significant in my spiritual life. If you are thinking like this, then God says to you that there will be a time when you will encounter the burning bush in your life. Do not ignore the burning bush in your life. Meet with God when God is near you and receive the Holy Spirit and do the things of God with the power of the Holy Spirit. There is a time coming when you are no more a regular day job guy, working for a company, but you will begin to work for the Almighty God according to His purpose and for His kingdom.  Wait for Him, seek Him in an hour that you may find Him and ask Him to fill you with His mighty power in your life to do the work of God. A time of silence is the beginning of a powerful storm, which will sweep over the iniquities of the nations and will change the lives of many from fullness to desolate and it will also turn the heart to seek their Lord.
