Eph 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

A man was looking for a bowl to eat his morning breakfast. He found one and started to pour his milk and placed it in a microwave oven to heat it up. In a short while fumes and smoke came out of the oven. When he looked into the oven, the bowl inside was burnt and damaged. When he took it out, he realized that the bowl was not made for microwave. A vessel needs to be made in such a way for a specific application. If it is used other than what it was designed then the product will be damaged and it will not be useful to the owner. Likewise we were all made in Christ Jesus to full fill the purpose of God in this world and to eternal.  We have to know and understand our properties in order to execute our tasks which will satisfy the Owner.  If we do not know these fundamental specifications, then we would be doing something else when we are not made that way.  When we execute something that we are not designed to do, then we will be damaged or completely become useless beyond repair. Let us meditate on how we were made and what is the purpose of our life.
