Gal 6:7-9 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.  8 For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. 9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.

Do not waste time to establish a worldly wisdom in your life. The time spent to achieve the results of the kingdom is far more valuable than to spend time to achieve the results of the world. For example if you want to buy some expensive good, you can walk-in to a store and you can pick one up according to your requirement. But that may cost you some extra money than if you have spent time researching where the good deal is. By searching for good deal, we spend more time in the system everyday to find out where the best deal is. By browsing we also get distracted and look for other stuff which we may not need. So at the average, if we spend 30 minutes per day for 2 months it is 30 hrs of our regular active time. We may be able to get some markdowns but we have lost a considerable time for the kingdom. You can earn your money back, but not the time. Whatever you lost is lost. So, sow to the Spirit and reap the benefit of the Spirit and do not sow for the flesh and reap the benefit of the flesh which is only temporary. Redeem the time and concentrate on the things of God and His kingdom. God will bless you abundantly in all things according to your needs.
